Thank you for using Shootzy AI ("Shootzy AI", "we", "us", or "our"). Shootzy AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to develop, relight, and enhance photos you provide. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the app. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Shootzy AI Terms of Use.
When you sign in to Shootzy AI, we collect the information provided by your sign-in provider (such as Sign in with Apple): a unique account identifier, your email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email), and, if you share it, your name. We use this only to create and secure your account.
To operate the service, we process the photos you choose to submit ("Inputs") and the AI-generated images produced from them ("Outputs"). Your creations are stored locally on your device and backed up to private cloud storage that only your account can access, so your gallery can be restored across devices.
We do not collect biometric data, facial recognition data, or Face ID information. Photos are processed solely to apply the development, relighting, or enhancement you request, and are never used to identify you or any person in the photo.
When you buy credits or a subscription, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store. We receive purchase metadata (such as product identifier, purchase status, and an anonymized transaction record) through our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat) so we can grant your credits. We never see or store your payment card details.
We automatically collect limited technical data needed to run and improve the app, such as device type, operating system and app version, language, IP address, crash logs, and basic in-app events (for example, remaining credit balance and processing job status).
